REHABILITATION OF ACCESS ROAD AND PARKING AT MAGERWA HQ

Due to the damaged Parking & access road at HQ, MAGERWA Ltd would like to rehabilitate the damaged access road toward HQ MAGERWA administration and the parking near Bank of Kigali (BK).

The Bidding Document will be obtained from MGR HQ located at Gikondo during working hours (08:00am – 5:00pm) from 7th October   2020 with a proof of payment of 5.000Rwf paid on Magerwa’s account number BK: 00040-0000808-65.

The Site visit is mandatory to all authorized companies who wish to bid for this tender, and is scheduled from 14th October 2020, 10:00, at MAGERWA HQ GIKONDO.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach MAGERWA Secretary Office at the address mentioned above not later than 20th October 2020 at 10:00 Am, late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at MAGERWA meeting room on the same day at 10:30 am.

The sealed envelope should clearly indicate the Tender name and title as follows:

“REHABILITATION OF ACCESS ROAD AND PARKING AT MAGERWA HQ”.

Bid guarantee is Three hundred fifty thousand Rwandan francs (300,000 Rwf), issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company, and will remain valid for 60 days starting from the deadline of their submission.

Please be informed that selected contractor should comply with MGR security, Safety and Health requirements, especially in this hard time of pandemic of Covid-19, such as, all worker must be wearing  mask, wash their hand  very often, before entering MGR, Work Group insurance, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be provided for your manpower are the basic requirements.

Failing to comply with any MGR Safety management requirements will lead to contract cancellation.
