Due to Covid 19 constraints, MGR would like to re-launch the Tender with Ref No: 001/Marc/EST/2020 of Labor Cost for Construction of MGR Shelter at Kanombe Airport”.
In order to improve MGR Service at Airport, MAGERWA Ltd would like to construct a Shelter that covers and secure goods from being damaged during rainy season and to allow operation continuity during rainy season or bad weather.
Through its procurement and its contractual supplier MAGERWA will purchase all construction materials, therefore, MGR invite eligible bidders for Labor cost tender with Reference: Ref No: 001/Marc/EST/2020 for“Labor Cost for Construction of MGR Shelter at Kanombe Airport”.
The Bidding Document will be obtained from MAGERWA HQ located at Gikondo during working hours (08:00am – 5:00pm) from 7th Oct 2020 with a proof of payment of 5.000 Rwf paid on Magerwa’s account numbers BK: 00040-0000808-65.
The Site visit is mandatory to all authorized companies who wish to bid for this tender, and is scheduled on 13 Oct 2020, 10:00 a.m, at MAGERWA KANOMBE Airport.
Interested companies for this sit visit are required to contact MGR Estate Staff at 0788462553 / 0783678638 not later than 12th Oct 2020, 3:00 p.m, so that they can facilitate them for Airport access process.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach MAGERWA Secretary Office at the address mentioned above not later than 20th Oct 2020 at 10:00 Am, late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at MAGERWA Ltd meeting room on the same day at 10:30 am.
The sealed envelope should clearly indicate the Tender name and title as follows:
“Labor Cost for Construction of MGR Shelter at Kanombe Airport”.
Bid guarantee is Three hundred Rwanda francs (300,000 Rwf), issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company, and will remain valid for 60 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
Please be informed that selected contractor should comply with MGR and RAC Security, Safety and Health requirements. The important requirements such as, Work Group insurance, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to be provided for your manpower are the basic requirements. Failing to comply with any Airport Safety management requirements will lead to contract cancellation.
